In conclusion, we have mentioned the causes of the water shortage problem and also the solutions. The causes are, deserts cover 60% of the country, and this reduces the available water sources. There are many solutions for dealing with water shortages. The most cost-effective and common is water conservation but other viable methods do exist. Desalination plants,, reclaimed water usage, and cloud seeding are other water shortage solutions whose viability is currently being discussed. Recycled water is another viable option in times of water shortages. Recycled water is wastewater that has been treated and had contaminants removed. Though the health aspects of recycled water are controversial, most experts agree that it is safe for everything but drinking. In Uzbekistan some decisions and agreements have to be made, inside and outside the country, to resolve this issue. The government should monitor farms to reduce the use of chemical fertilizer, and to maintain the ground water free from pollution. Outside decisions that impact, Uzbekistan must conceder to with the country’s need help their water shortage, especially with Asia upper countries, because the main revers come from them, they must try to reach a peaceful solution to the revers problems.

One of the countries that suffers water shortage is Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan is a landlocked country in Central Asia, with a total area of 447 400 km².It became independent from the Soviet Union in August 1991. We can divide Uzbekistan in to an area of three zones, desert which covers 60% of the country, fertile valleys and mountains in the east. As a result of sand covers a big part of the country, and this reduces the available water sources and that is one of the causes of water shortage. The total population is estimated at 23.2 million (1996), of which about 58% is rural. The average population density is about 52 inhabitants/km², which is the highest of the five Central Asian republics. This level of population density has increased the rate of consumption and this poses a threat to water levels in the country. The fall of the Soviet Union is a major factor in the emergence of the water problem in Uzbekistan, the upper countries in Asia Minor established dams to generate hydroelectric power and this led to the pollution of a large proportion of the water because of the torpedoes. Uzbekistan is famous for the export of cotton; they try to keep that at maximum by using too much chemical fertilizers. This caused contaminate the groundwater, and so one of the important source of the natural sources.

Water is the common name applied to the liquid form (state) of the hydrogen and oxygen compound H2O. Pure water is an odorless, tasteless, clear liquid. Water is one of nature's most important gifts to mankind. “Water crisis is a general term used to describe a situation where the available water within a region is less than the region's demand”[1]. That been said, water shortage it is a huge problem, especially for poor communities. Water shortage affects the economic, health, education, construction and development of global development. We are facing problems of clean water shortages today. This is due to many factors like industries, pollution, global warming. According to W. J. Roberts 1956. “The chief reasons for most water shortages can be attributed to greater than anticipated population increases, decreases in well capacity, sediment accumulations in reservoirs, and increased water requirements, both domestic and industrial”.  In addition, there is illegal dumping of toxic waste in rivers and lakes which are a source of clean water. Moreover, human behavior also leads to water shortages, many of us especially in the development communities, use water inefficiently. Eventually if the situation continues it will lead to hunger and famine, thirst, disease, wildfires, migration or relocation and maybe also social conflict and wars.

Enzo first Ferrari road car was the 1947 125 sport, with a 1.5L V12 engine; he didn’t want to build and sell his car, but he did it to fund Scuderia. Enzo cars got famous fast for its excellence performers and for prestige.

 Enzo had internal tensions in his company, with the Long-Time sales manager Girolamo Gardini. Gardini was ousted, he and some of the Scuderia Ferrari managers and a number of others who stood by them. With this happing many thoughts this might be the end of the Ferari cars. Indeed, the dissidents immediately established a new company, ATS, to compete with Ferrari, and they took one of the best Ferrari racing costumers. Scuderia Screnissima. In this crisis, young engineer called Mauro Forghieri and Long-Time racing bodyman, Scaglietti, stood up and they both were up to the task, they finished the GTO. The GTO went to Sepring with the driver called Phill Hill and they took the first place. It continued to win though 1962. By then, Ferrari became one of the most famous cars in history.

In 1988, when Enzo died, Ferrari finally became a legend. The value of used cars rose, as well as sales of current models. The last new model he commissioned was the specialist F40.

Hiring Michael Schumacher and other members from Benetton excite a comeback of the F1 team, with three wins in 1996, and close yet eventually losing challenges to the driver's championship in the years 1997 to 1999.

As of 2008, Fiat Group owns 85% of Ferrari, Mubadala Development Company owns 5%, and Enzo's second son Piero Ferrari owns 10%. Of these, Ferrari is under main control of the Fiat Group, containing Alfa Romeo as well.
